Warranty and Service

Fast, reliable service when you need it most

Plain-language coverage

When installed according to our Installation & Care guide in a properly built, insulated wine room, the WR2500 is covered by a 2-year limited parts warranty. That means if a covered component fails within the warranty window, we repair or replace the part or the unit at our discretion. Proof of purchase and serial number help us verify coverage quickly.

Where we support

Warranty service is available across Canada and the United States, with an extended network of retailers and our own specialists to support your installation, diagnosis, and repairs.

Two straightforward options

1

Workshop swap

Bring the unit to our workshop. We provide a replacement on the spot when coverage is confirmed. Send the unit only unless we request otherwise. Keep the grille, frame, drain kit, and controller to speed things up.

2

Ship for repair

Ship the unit to us. We repair and return it, typically within about two weeks after arrival. We share shipping instructions when the request is approved.

Designed for real cellars

Coverage applies when the system is installed and used as intended in a properly insulated and sealed wine room, with a clear exhaust path and a connected drain. These basics protect performance and make service rare. If your plan includes glass, insulated double-pane or IGU and tight seals help maintain stable conditions. For sizing, use the BTU calculator and build to R-20 or higher as outlined in our Installation & Care guidance.

What the warranty does not cover

Consumables, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, and issues caused by use outside the published guidance are not covered. If we see constraints like blocked airflow or missing drain connections, we will help you correct the setup first so the system can operate as designed.
